About The Position

Amazing Athletes is looking for Mobile Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential for additional hours based on performance. Coaches will lead sports and fitness classes for children in schools and daycare centers across the area. Amazing Athletes is a fun, structured program that introduces children to a variety of sports while helping to build coordination, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of fitness. Our program focuses on children ages 3-10, providing them with the skills and confidence to enjoy sports in a positive and supportive environment. In our classes, every kid is an athlete!

Requirements

Physical Ability: Must be in good physical condition to engage in activities like running, bending, jumping, and carrying equipment.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with children, parents, and facility staff.
Dependability: Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently.
Flexibility: Able to adapt to changing classroom dynamics and adjust to varying schedules.
Customer Service: Must demonstrate good judgment, patience, and a friendly, energetic attitude toward children and their families.
Available Hours: A total of 10-20 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Experience with Young Children is preferred, but not required
Athletic Background, either as a participant or coach, is preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

Prepare: Review and follow approved lesson plans for all classes.
Teach: Lead sports and fitness activities using our approved curriculum.
Maintain Professionalism: Wear the approved uniform and present a professional image at all times.
Equipment: Transport and set up necessary class materials (equipment is provided).
