Do you love working with people and helping kids grow through sports? i9 Sports is looking for an energetic, organized, and community-minded Sports Coordinator to oversee our flag football, soccer, and T-Ball programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering a positive, well-run youth sports experience for families.

Requirements

• Background in football, soccer, and/or baseball
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor others
• Confidence to take charge and make decisions when needed
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings during our ~7-week seasons
• Must have previous leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and support volunteer coaches to ensure practices and games are fun, safe, and skill-focused
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches
• Oversee all aspects of game-day operations — from set-up to smooth execution
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive competition
• Serve as the sport specific on-site leader who can adapt, solve problems, and create a great experience for every family
