Requirements

  • General knowledge of various youth sports (Lacrosse, Soccer, Flag Football, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the "command" to manage large groups of children and adults.
  • You are the face of the league—we need high-energy leaders who show up ready to inspire.
  • A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and pivot quickly if weather or schedules change.
  • Must be available on weekends (primarily Saturdays) for the duration of the season (6–7 weeks).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple sport stations simultaneously, ensuring coaches are following the curriculum and games are starting on time.
  • Act as a resource for volunteer coaches, providing tips on drills, sportsmanship, and player engagement.
  • Manage equipment setup/breakdown and ensure the fields/courts are safe and organized.
  • Drive the atmosphere! Lead the halftime sportsmanship medals and engage with parents to ensure a 5-star experience.
  • Address on-field questions from parents or coaches with professionalism and a "can-do" attitude.
