About The Position
At Sport Clips Wisconsin (Team GP LLC), we believe in developing tomorrow's leaders. Our locally owned, female-led franchise combines the support of a national brand with personalized mentorship and growth opportunities. Stylists and barbers on our team earn $30-$40 per hour (with tips & bonuses) plus: Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
