Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of a pre-award officer for assigned GSU departments including proposal review and submission.
  • Award review, negotiation, and setup in GSU's award management system.
  • Communicate with sponsors as a GSU Authorized Official.
  • Review and process just-in-time requests, grant awards, and other documentation, including no-cost extensions and progress reports.
  • Prepare outgoing subawards and ensure compliance with prime award and federal requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate subrecipient monitoring and timely FFATA reporting.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on outgoing subawards.
