Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
- Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills
- Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions
- Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles
- Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
- Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
- Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.
