Canyon Ranch is looking for a Spiritual Wellness Provider at our Tucson, AZ location. The Spiritual Wellness Provider works directly with Canyon Ranch guests and colleagues providing individual consultations, inspiring presentations, and engaging group workshops that address spirituality within an evidence-based, integrative Health and Healing environment. This position will remaining current on research and trends, developing program materials for guests, and contributing to new program development based upon current research in the field. On-Call position -weekend availability a must- hours and days vary

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in relevant field (Spiritual Guidance, Transpersonal Psychology, Divinity, etc.)
  • Passionate about guiding experiential journeys and meditation, ritual and ceremony, sound healing, and a variety of creative expression mediums
  • Certifications/licenses in relevant fields, though equivalent training will be considered
  • 5 years' experience in spiritual counseling, experiential journey work and/or related models of healing
  • 5 years' public speaking experience and/or teaching experience
  • History of personal growth work and personal study
  • Extensive experience in the practice of spiritual tradition/s
  • Extensive group facilitation experience
