About The Position
The Spiritual Care Coordinator, as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, is responsible for overseeing the spiritual care needs of Hospice patients and families ensuring that their needs are met. The Spiritual Care Coordinator will attend to the spiritual needs or will communicate with the patient’s clergy person as requested by patient and/or family.
