About The Position

Glen Raven Custom Fabrics is seeking a Spinning/Winding Operator to oversee the quality and production of spun bobbins during the spinning process, which are then transported to the winding process. The operator will ensure the production of quality winding packages and will work on either the 2nd or 3rd shift, contributing to a team that values diversity and innovation in the textile industry.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous machine operating experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform basic problem-solving skills throughout your shift
• Setup and operate the creel machine to company standards
• Review and interpret machine efficiency data throughout your shift
• Complete quality paperwork
