About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate manual or CNC metal spinning lathes according to job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine tooling requirements and process steps. Spin and form metal blanks into finished components using hand tools, rollers, and forming tools. Monitor spinning operations to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spinning equipment. Make adjustments to machines and tools as needed to maintain part specifications. Work with a variety of metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. Assist the supervisor with special projects. Display willingness to assist and train others when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience required, 5 years experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in metal spinning or related metal forming processes preferred.
