About The Position

ORA Orthopedics, a well-respected and established orthopedic practice, is seeking a fellowship trained spine surgeon with strong clinical and surgical skills to provide outstanding patient-centered spine care working collaboratively with specialists, including pain management and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to spine care. ORA Orthopedics is the Quad Cities' largest and most comprehensive orthopedic provider proudly offering an integrated continuum of care that includes orthopedic specialty clinics, walk-in care at our Urgent OrthoCARE clinics, diagnostic imaging, bracing, physical therapy, and outpatient surgery. We are an organization comprised of physicians and medical and administrative staff working together to make a difference in the lives of our patients by providing quality, compassionate, and accessible care. The position includes a guarantee plus a productivity-based incentive, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental health insurance and retirement plan contributions. This position will have paid call obligations (1:10) for general orthopedic surgical care. This is a partnership track position with an amazing opportunity to build a very successful spine practice. Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of orthopedic residency with spine fellowship training.
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in orthopedic surgery.
  • Strong surgical skills with a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be licensed and credentialed per facility policies and procedures.
