Requirements
- Licensed PA or NP in good standing
- Interest or experience in orthopedics and surgical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working in both clinic and OR environments
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients in a busy clinic setting
- Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
- Perform in-office procedures such as injections, splinting, casting, and DME fitting
- Educate patients and coordinate follow-up care
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and surgery teams
