About The Position

Measures and mixes spices for food product according to company recipes.

Requirements

• Production experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, measures, and combines spices according to recipe specifications.
• Refills spice barrels.
• Evaluates and tests the accuracy of the food scale.
• Labels completed dry mixes and stores in the warehouse.
• Cleans equipment according to company guidelines.
• Completes daily mixing schedule according to production schedule.
• Copies and distributes work schedules to mixing personnel.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
