The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead implementation of the Kansas Strategic Prevention Framework-Partnerships for Success for States (SPF-PFS) grant. This position plays a vital role in advancing substance use prevention efforts across the state by overseeing grant activities, coordinating statewide partnerships, ensuring program compliance, and supporting system-level changes that improve prevention outcomes. The Project Manager will work under the supervision of the Prevention Program Manager and collaborate with sub-recipients, contracted providers, and stakeholders at state, county, and community levels. In addition, they perform the following tasks: Manage and oversee SPF-PFS grant implementation across Kansas. Monitor contracts, budgets, fiscal reports, and program compliance with state and federal requirements. Review and provide feedback on grantee work plans, budgets, deliverables, and progress reports. Coordinate training, technical assistance, and stakeholder engagement activities. Draft reports, application narratives, and communications to SAMHSA and partners. Support program development, special projects, and cross-agency initiatives.
