Minimum requirement for this position is four 8-hour shifts/month (32 hours/month) with minimum of 2 shifts being weekend shifts. This position qualifies for pool premium pay. Weekday availability to assist with coverage during times of high patient census/teammate PTO and/or illness highly preferred. Team member will be required to work one summer and one winter holiday or holiday weekend shift (must work a minimum of 1 of the 6 major holidays annually). Previous experience working in acute care setting required. During onboarding process, weekday availability required for department orientation purposes.
