About The Position
Therapist will be responsible for skilled evaluation and treatment of persons of all ages with neurological, general medical or developmental disorders or conditions that limit ability to communicate and/or swallow. Speech-Language Pathologist provides assessment, education and therapeutic services for children and adults who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, cognition, speech, voice, fluency and swallowing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology with provisional or permanent licensure in North Carolina.
- CPR/BLS certification must be active at start of employment (either from the American Heart Association of American Red Cross).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, acute care and/or skilled nursing is preferred.
