What You'll Do as a Speech Therapist In this vital home‑health role, you will: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patient function Develop and update individualized plans of care Prepare clinical and progress notes Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members Provide services in compliance with CMS documentation and billing standards Follow infection‑control protocols and report any suspected abuse Participate in new‑hire orientation and training as needed Your work directly improves the lives of your patients - and that sense of purpose fuels your success.
