Requirements

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
  • Strong clinical and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • CCC preferred
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post acute care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
