Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. Requirements
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CCC preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or post acute care preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
