About The Position

The Speech Language Pathologist provides therapy services and education to patients, their families, and staff to prevent and treat disability following disease, injury, or other causes. This role involves evaluating, planning, and providing treatment, as well as collaborating with others to optimize functional recovery and minimize disability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology with ASHA certification of clinical competence
• Valid Mississippi Speech Language Pathologist license
• Must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – AHSA certification

Nice To Haves

• At least one (1) year experience in hospital based setting
