Responsibilities Heritage Home Health Speech Therapists (STs) work with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in the patient’s place of residence. In addition to performing visits and completing coordination of care, the ST is the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to the patients. The ST follows agency, state, and federal policies and procedures. The ST will consult with the patient’s primary care physician, collect OASIS information (Home Health only), ensure medication profiles are accurate, and attend meetings as required. Requirements

  • Be currently licensed as an ST in the state of Idaho
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in ST practice
  • CPR (BLS) professional certification
  • General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred but not required
