About The Position
We’re growing our Rehab team and looking for a Speech Therapist! This role offers a great variety—working with both pediatric and adult patients in inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home settings. You’ll also have the opportunity to perform video swallow studies as part of your practice. ------------------------------ Monday - Friday Hours are flexible between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Position Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist is a specially trained member of the health care team that develops and implements individualized and group treatment plans to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a SLP.
- BLS certification required.
- Entry level or advanced level clinical skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
