Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide professional, goal-oriented therapy services to our pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting. Our Pediatric Day Health Care Centers (PDHC) are bright, cheerful spaces designed especially for children with complex medical needs. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where kids up to age eight receive skilled care and therapies — all while playing, learning, and interacting with their peers. Requirements
- Meets qualifications as established by ASHA or equivalent professional organization.
- Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida.
- Meets educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech pathology or audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association — or currently completing supervised experience toward certification.
- Valid, unexpired Driver's License.

- Pediatric rehabilitative experience preferred , but not required — we'll help you grow!
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients in alignment with individualized goals.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine treatment needs and progress.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that inspire growth and confidence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team , including nurses, therapists, and families.
- Document sessions, goals, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Promote a fun, supportive, and positive therapy experience for every child.
