Speech Therapist (ST)- Broward & Palm Beach Counties
About The Position

Your Role: Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapy in the home Supervise COTAs and HHAs according to the treatment plan Chart patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and submit notes timely Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team Review and recommend adaptive equipment or home modifications as needed Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations Coordinate total patient care and submit referrals for paramedical services
Requirements
- Licensed SLP
- Physical exam within 6 months prior to first patient contact
- Current TB test (within 12 months) & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license & proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to attend 1–2 day orientation at our office
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of SLP experience preferred
- OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) experience strongly preferred
