About The Position

The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The therapist works collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support communication and functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license/certification
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• CCC-SLP preferred (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services in individual or group settings
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and reports
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support communication
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
