Purpose To provide quality care to a variety of patients within Jackson County Regional Health Center in a caring, professional and efficient manner. The setting may include inpatient, outpatient, and/or outreach services. To provide the appropriate principles, methods, and procedures for the identification, measurement, testing, prediction, habilitation, rehabilitation, and modification related to communication development, and disorders or disabilities of speech, language, voice, swallowing, cognitive, and other related disorders in the pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. To complete necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner. To supervise clinical interns in an effective and professional manner and to supervise support staff effectively as required by Iowa and Illinois professional practice acts.
