Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team members. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Requirements

• Graduate of accredited speech-language pathology program or equivalent and M.S. degree.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Current Connecticut licensure in speech-language pathology or demonstrated eligibility.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Current member of ASHA - American Speech Hearing Association
• Interest and/or experience with specialty care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Skill in Evaluation, Treatment Planning and Providing Therapy
• Manages a Full Caseload on a Daily Basis.
• Demonstrates consistency and timeliness with non-clinical tasks
• Demonstrates Participation in Professional Development
• Demonstrates Ability to Function as Interdisciplinary Team Member
