About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Speech Therapist to support our Outpatient Therapy Department. The preferred candidate has experience working with a wide range of patient injuries and age groups, who is always ready to learn new techniques to further patient care. They will be responsible for coordinating with any healthcare professionals that are also working with their patients. The right candidate is a patient, compassionate professional who encourages and inspires their patients to work toward greater independence and recovery.

Requirements

• Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Must hold Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology and Current Mississippi licensure.
• A minimum of one year experience in clinical speech pathology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals working with patients.
• Encourage and inspire patients toward greater independence and recovery.
• Learn new techniques to further patient care.
