About The Position

BAYADA is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services for Early Intervention and pediatrics throughout Delaware. If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary. BONUS: Offering up to a $10,000 Bonus based on case load. Requirements

• Early Intervention or Pediatric experience required.
• License active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with families using coaching model.
• Support developmental outcomes.
• Uses electronic documentation system for each visit.
• Complete weekly home visits.
