About The Position

Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position. Multiple Sign On Bonus Options! $4,000 -1 year work commitment $8,000 - 2 year work commitment $16,000 - 3 year work commitment (Internal Mission Partners not eligible) Multi-disciplinary clinic offering outpatient and inpatient PT, OT, and Speech services to treat adult and pediatric orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and pelvic floor diagnoses. Requirements

• Master's degree
• Respective state temporary license with the supervision of a Licensed Speech Pathologist for 18 months
• Respective state temporary license while completing Clinical Fellowship Year or respective state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as Speech Pathologist
• Valid state driver's license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract.
• Analytical ability to administer and evaluate standardized speech/language tests, conduct swallowing evaluations, evaluate patients' capabilities, develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress.

• Assist patients in the restoration or development of swallowing, speech and communication functions through evaluation and treatment.
