About The Position
Are you a licensed Speech Therapist who’s interested in working in a home care setting? Health Services of Northern New York is seeking a Speech Therapist to support patients throughout St. Lawrence County. An ideal candidate for this position has a desire to work 1 on 1 with patients in their homes to evaluate and assess the patient to develop a specific plan of care and treat each patient according to their needs of managing and treating speech disorders and communicate deficits. This position is per diem and supports a limited caseload of patients. Hours are flexible with the opportunity to build your own schedule based on your needs.
