About The Position

Outpatient, Adult patient population, 32 hour position RESPONSIBLE FOR: Coordinating, consultations and diagnostic evaluations with patients having known or suspected communication disorders and/or oropharyngeal dysphagia; and interpreting assessment data; planning and performing speech-language pathology treatment intervention programs when appropriate that restore function, prevent disability and help patients reach maximum potential.

Requirements

• Master?s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders from an accredited graduate school.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech/Language Pathology.
• BLS certification through AHA.
