Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida's west coast. Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures. Position Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible to provide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21) within the scope of practice as defined by the state of Florida and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers. Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidenced based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.
