About The Position
$70/hr 5x8 Day shift (8a-4p) 12 weeks Must work 1 weekend every other month Outpatient experience required Key Responsibilities Assess communication disorders: Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities. Develop treatment plans: Create individualized therapy programs based on patient needs. Provide therapy sessions: Use exercises and strategies to improve speech clarity, language development, and communication skills. Treat swallowing disorders: Help patients safely swallow food and liquids. Work with families and caregivers: Teach techniques that support communication outside therapy sessions. Maintain documentation: Record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
