About The Position
Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist who can provide inpatient services in both Westwood and Santa Monica hospital locations.
Requirements
- California State Speech Pathology license
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Experience conducting MBSS is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting FEES is preferred
- Experience with pediatric patients is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide speech pathology services to patients in the acute setting at both the Westwood and Santa Monica campuses
- Provide speech pathology services to patients with a wide range of medical diagnoses
- Perform clinical swallow evaluations, MBSS, FEES and treatment
- Perform communication/cognitive evaluation and treatment
- Participate in holiday coverage rotation
