About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and culturally responsive Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation-focused services within an Illinois school district. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy assessment work and want to support student success through accurate diagnosis, collaborative planning, and meaningful service recommendations without managing a full therapy caseload. Position Overview: The Bilingual Evaluation SLP will provide part-time, school-based assessment services for students with suspected communication disorders. The clinician will conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, interpret assessment findings, and prepare detailed reports that support eligibility determination and service planning. This role plays a vital part in helping multidisciplinary teams develop effective and individualized educational programming. The SLP will work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to ensure evaluations are culturally and linguistically appropriate, completed within compliance timelines, and aligned with student needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline and hold an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or be eligible for licensure.
  • The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Prior experience conducting school-based evaluations is strongly desired.
  • Fluency in a second language is required for this position.
  • Applicants should demonstrate strong assessment skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop thorough and compliant evaluation reports.
