The Stanley G. Falk School, one of the largest Special Education Day Schools in New York State, serves students across four Western New York locations. We are currently seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our collaborative school team and provide therapy services that support students’ communication development and academic success in a structured, supportive environment. Speech Language Pathologists provide individual and group therapy to students with speech, voice, and language disorders to improve communication skills and support academic success. Therapists work collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and help students reach their fullest communication and academic potential. Falk classrooms are intentionally small, typically serving six students supported by one teacher and one teacher aide, allowing staff to collaborate closely and provide individualized support. This role is a great opportunity for professionals who are passionate about supporting students with diverse communication and learning needs while working as part of a collaborative school team.
