About The Position
ANTICIPATED: Speech and Language Specialist, Manville School District Full-time, Tenure Track position Primarily in schools, working with students in individual or small group settings, and sometimes in classrooms, depending on the needs of the students. Salary Range: $63,110 - $95,350 for the 2025-2026 school year, based on years of experience and level of education Benefits: Competitive Health and Dental plans, paid sick/personal days, paid holidays, retirement plans (403b and 457b), professional development opportunities, and tuition reimbursement. Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certication
- A state license to practice as an SLP
Responsibilities
- Conducting evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Developing individualized therapy plans
- Providing direct therapy sessions to students with communication disorders
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
- Maintaining detailed documentation of student progress
