Positions will support students across a range of abilities, including mild to severe disabilities. Employment is contingent upon SOS Personnel being awarded the district contract. Requirements

  • Active Delaware SLPA License
  • ASHA certification (required for DE licensure)
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong documentation and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
  • Implementing IEP-based interventions
  • Collecting therapy data and maintaining logs
  • Supporting inclusive classroom models
  • Assisting with materials and therapy preparation
