We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide pediatric home health services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising SLPs and leadership. Schedule Options: Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.

Requirements

Active Arizona SLPA license
Current CPR certification
Article 9 certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in a home health setting

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, play-based speech therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
Document therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate regularly with supervising SLP regarding client progress
Educate caregivers on carryover strategies and home programming
Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
Collaborate with supervising SLPs and other healthcare professionals as needed
