About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team near Newark, NJ! This is a full-time opportunity in a school-based pediatric setting —and we’re passionate about making a meaningful impact on every child’s developmental journey. We welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates , offering direct supervision, hands-on training, and a supportive environment to help you thrive. Position Details
Setting: School-Based (Pediatric)
Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $55-$70/hour
Compensation includes: Full school day coverage—prep time, documentation, and lunch include
CF Support: Direct supervision provided

Requirements

• NJ School Certification
• Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide targeted therapy to support communication skill development
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulations
