About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Woodruff, WI 54568. Contract Details 8hr days. Mon/Wed 8-430 and Fri 8-12 at one location; Tues/Thurs 8-430 at a second location. Volume/census could push Friday to a full-day at a third location Start Date: 4/27/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Woodruff, WI 54568 Hourly Pay: $ 32.70 Non-taxed Stipend: $1,246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2,128.90 Float: Must be willing to float to other facilities. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed. Call: Travelers can be placed on call during low census hours in which they would get on call pay. Charting preferred: Epic Unit Overview: IP 25%, OP 75% Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours Non-Billable Hours:8.00 During the flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. Compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action. Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of SLP experience
  • Must have SLP License
  • Must have Associate Degree
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • IP/OP/ Video swallow studies skills are desired
  • Charting preferred: Epic

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Implement therapeutic strategies to address speech and language difficulties
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and therapies
  • Conduct research to advance understanding and treatment of speech and language issues
  • Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations and treatment outcomes
  • Provide counseling and support for patients with communication disorders
  • Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology assistants or interns
