We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at Bear Creek Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will assess and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing environment. What We Offer Competitive pay: $44.00 – $47.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off program and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities On-demand pay — access your earned wages when you need them Your Role As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Bear Creek Senior Living, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals Provide therapy interventions including compensatory techniques, therapeutic exercises, and alternative communication strategies Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing management strategies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care Monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as appropriate, and document outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support the overall success of the rehabilitation department Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (required) Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Colorado (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team Stellar Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer. Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this position is $44.00 – $47.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan with company match; company-sponsored training, development, and tuition reimbursement; employee meal program; and additional voluntary benefits. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (required)
  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Colorado (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
