Speech Language Pathologist provides Speech and Language assessment and treatment to patients utilizing established policies and procedures. Speech Language Services are provided based on the ages of the population served; Infant through geriatric - 65 years or older and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team. The provider will assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment programs to patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing and/or cognitive deficits. Speech Language Pathologists work in the following settings- Outpatient, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Health to meet the needs of our patients. The Speech Language Pathologist will demonstrate the knowledge necessary to identify and meet the individualized needs of all patients served. The Speech Language Pathologist is under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Manager and the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
