About The Position
Join CareCo Medical as a per diem/per visit speech therapist. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing care to patients in their homes under the direction of the patient's primary physician. As a home health speech therapist, you will provide one-on-one speech therapy services to patients focusing on evaluating, and treating communication disorders like difficulties speaking, swallowing problems, and language impairments, while educating patients and families on management strategies to improve daily functioning within their familiar environment. This often includes working with individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, or other medical issues affecting communication abilities. Compensation is paid for each visit and completed documentation.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
