We're seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) interested in temporary, substitute, or interim engagements to provide services to children with autism aged 2-3 years old. This is a flexible opportunity for professionals who may be looking for short-term assignments, periodic work, or interim roles-ranging from a single day to multiple weeks, based on your availability and our program needs. We are open to engaging professionals as either W-2 employees or 1099 independent contractors, depending on the nature and duration of the assignment. The McCarton Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our McCarton Integrated Model combines speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, fine and gross motor therapy, sensory integration therapy, socialization with peers, developmental play skills, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
