What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Participate in care coordination with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to promote optimal wellness and function. Maintain accurate and timely documentation while meeting productivity expectations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department and health system.
