Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas
• A creative, caring, and engaging approach to working with children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, functional speech-language therapy services in a home health setting
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing (as applicable)
• Support family involvement and carryover of therapy strategies in everyday routines
• Collaborate with PT and OT therapists to support whole-child development
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
