About The Position
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem We are seeking a licensed Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Perform dysphagia assessments and recommend safe diets
- Complete documentation per Medicare and facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
