We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and help individuals of all ages achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinic and home health environments.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.
- Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.
- Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.
- Must be willing to work a combination of home health and clinic ( exception: Home health only)
