Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate and driven Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. Requirements
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress
- Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate
